Our History

In the summer of 2000, Bryon Aiello and family came to Cadillac, Michigan after being burdened to begin a work in this northern Michigan town. With the help of one other family, Faith Baptist Church held its first service on November 5, 2000 with nine in attendance.

Under the guidance of Pastor Aiello, the Church began to grow and was able to purchase the building they were renting in 2007 on Burlingame St.  After pastoring Faith Baptist for nine years, Pastor Aiello felt God moving him and his family in 2009 to another part of the Lord's work.

On May 27, 2012, Jayson Godsey was called to be the Pastor of Faith Baptist Church. Since that time, Faith Baptist has seen steady growth with people being saved and baptized, and ministries being added. Finally in December of 2014, we purchased our current building and 27 acres on M55, just outside Cadillac.
